Here's a rundown of our retreat in Panama. This is a package deal, and everything is included in the price, except your flights to Panama City, jumper flight to Bocas Del Toro, gratuities, additional accommodations before or after the retreat, travel insurance, and alcohol. The full details of what's included and not included in your package price are listed below.

To reserve your spot, we require a $800 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used on this retreat. Payments can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. The remaining balance is due by April 1, 2025.
There will be plenty of time to chill, rest, relax, explore, swim in the pool, or visit the beach. The beach is right across the dirt road in front of the retreat property. Check out the property website to get a better feel for your stay. Trust us, pictures don’t do it justice!
Flights to Panama, if purchased early, can cost as low as $500+. You'll need to fly into Panama City (Tocumen International PTY) and then take a jumper plane (roughly $150+) to Bocas Del Toro. You can book your jumper flights through www.airpanama.com. I can assist with arranging your flights once you decide to join the retreat. You'll need to arrive the evening before the retreat start date.
